Weres : Specific Information on Werewolves- In this world, Werewolves indeed do appear more Wolf-like, but larger in size, Roughly equal to that of a black Bear. Although they appear Animalistic, they do retain some of their humanity Most often they recognize persons in their lives and can reason things out.
- The color range in their fur can go from black to a light grey including brown and may have any variation of these colors. Most werewolves will take their coloring from their natural hair and eye colors. White werewolves are highly rare, though perhaps one may exist in every 50 werewolves.
- The ' Curse' of the werewolf can be transferred by being bitten. It also can be passed by the transferring of blood. For this reason, Werewolves are not allowed to give blood. The werewolf gene does not pass through bloodline, so a son cannot become a werewolf like his father, the curse remains to its host.
- In regards to Packs, werewolves do have their own structure, each pack varies in how it is run.. but basically the pack is ruled by either a single Alpha or a Leading Male and Female. Ranks below the Alphas are usually formed and decided based on strength and how well they provide for their pack. There are pack based fights, as power does shift with age.
- Werewolves enjoy an unnaturally long-life, their aging much slower than a human. They do not tend to go outside of their own species for mates, though it is not unheard of turning a human for a mate.
